By understanding the nuances of her clients’ objectives, business needs, and staff concerns, she is able to identify potential speed bumps in advance–and avoid them. Julie is a skilled communicator who brings a quiet strength to a broad mix of personalities and emotions; she is an expert on move management. By listening attentively to everyone from vendors to employees, and c-suite management to heartbroken staff, Julie sees each project from a unique, empathetic, and solution-based perspective.
Trask Hayes, Partner
Trask began his construction career in 1989, and with 35 years of experience building custom furniture, residential renovations, and commercial buildouts, he has a multitude of satisfied clients. He has a unique ability to understand what a client “needs” and adds creative, artistic, and subtle elements that match the personality of the individual, business, or general contractor. Trask has the ability to visualize what works by simply seeing the space and hearing the description. His customers have been extremely satisfied and often receive a finished product that exceeds their expectations.
